About the position

The IT support admin is a part of the company’s IT support team.

You will be working in a fast-growing dynamic environment with cutting-edge technologies.

  • Maintain and improve the company’s systems infrastructure while focusing on security protocols.
  • Provide global service and support to end users and partners across multiple sites
  • Work on complex and escalated support issues.
  • Work in a fast and dynamic environment.
  • Create/terminate users and working environments (onboarding/offboarding procedures and automation).
  • Implement automation to enhance user experience with IT services and improve IT productivity

Requirements

Requirements 

  • At least 4 years of proven relevant experience in an IT support/Sys Admin role – must
  • Hands-on experience and deep knowledge with ‘Google Workspace’ platform (G-suite) - must
  • Experience with Network design infrastructure and configuration - must
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and support MacOS and Windows 10/11 devices - must
  • Experience working with Okta (the company’s core system) - must
  • Experience working with, FreshService, Jamf - significant advantage 
  • Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash) – advantage
  • Experience working with AWS cloud platforms (ec2, s3, workspaces) - advantage
  • Service-oriented with good communication skills, both verbal and written with a high English level.
  • Well-organized with high attention to details
  • Ability to learn and implement new technologies.
  • Willingness to be available 24/7 (including weekends) when urgent requests emerge.
